Return and Refunds Policy

Return or Exchange is only valid for 7 (seven) days since the arrival date of product.

Product must be in the original purchase condition, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Product at discounted price can’t be returned or exchanged (except for defective product and unused)

Please fill out the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM card and include it with your returned package. This will help us process your request efficiently.

If the exchange or refund criteria are not fully met,

Inattendue reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective product

  • Please provide clear photos and detailed decription of the defect with our Customer Care.

  • We will send you a new replacement product.

  • All shipping costs are on us.

  • Do notify us of any such defect, damage or incorrect item(s) within 7 days of arrival date of your package.

  • Keep in mind there is an additional handling fee :

+ additonal IDR 10k for cardwallets

+ additional IDR 25k for bags

  • All shipping cost are on customers.

If you want to Refund

  • We accept full refund for defective product that unused, for further information please contact our whatsapp admin at +6282112792958

  • We will refund the amount (max 2 working days) once we receive your returned product.
